• Account information — email address and any profile details you choose to add when you create an account.
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. RougeFleuriq does not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
• Optional voice transcripts — if you use voice input, we process the transcript solely to generate your quote and do not keep the audio recording.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how visitors use the site so we can improve the experience.

How we use it

• To generate, save, and deliver your itemized floral quotes.
• To create and store the recipes, renderings, and favorites tied to your account.
• To send emails you explicitly request, such as a quote summary or status updates.
• To process payments for paid features like renderings.
• To keep the app secure, reliable, and responsive.

When we share information

We only share your data in two situations:

• When you ask us to, such as sending a quote to one of our approved partner florists or stylists.
• With trusted service providers who help us run the app — for example, hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and AI services. They are only allowed to use your data to provide those services and are contractually bound to protect it.

Your choices

• You can delete your account and associated quote history from your account settings.
• You can request a copy of or changes to your data by contacting us.
• You can stop using voice input at any time by typing instead.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the app — such as keeping you signed in, remembering your last quote, and saving recipe drafts. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies that follow you around the web.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app grows. The effective date at the top of the page will always reflect the latest version.
