Secure the frame
Weight or stake the arch before adding any weight of foliage.

Green the structure
Zip-tie eucalyptus bunches along the upper left and lower right for an asymmetric sweep.

Attach hydrated floral pillows where the focal clusters will sit.

Place hydrangea first for mass, then roses in drifts radiating outward.
